Reservation Policy
Reservations may be made 7 days a week. We recommend at least 72 hours advance notice for individual treatments and 2 wks for spa parties and corporate events. Last minute appointments are sometimes available. Reservations may be made by calling 443-801-9508. EMAIL is the fastest and best way to reach us.
At the time of booking any services, we require a credit or debit card to hold your reservation and a 50% deposit.
There is at least a $150 non-refundable deposit for spa party bookings. Please provide the numbers of people in your party and what treatments each quest would like to receive.
Payment in full is required at least one day prior to the appointment date. We accept debit cards, MasterCard,Visa,Discover,cash and check, we must receive the check prior to the appointment date.

Cancellation Policy
We work very hard to accomodate your schedule, so please respect our time. If you cannot make your appointment, please call 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid a 50% charge. Non-cancellations will be charged the full amount of the service. There is at least a $150 non-refundable deposit for spa party booking. Cancellations must be made ONE WEEK in advance in order to avoid the full 50% cancellations change.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our treatment prices. If you are pleased with your services it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your spa technician. The gratuity may be added to the total cost of service at the time of booking.
